It's worth pointing out; Aui died once that game. As a support Skywrath. Against a Lesh and a Slark, that were doing kinda well.

But yeah, this game was sick. Best game of the finals thus far, here's hoping for a better game 4.

Have CDEC played Anti-Mage? Like, that's the reason EG were happy to give them Lesh, because there mid does not play Leshrac. Not even in pubs according to his dotabuff.

Like, if they don't, you can assume PPD did his research on it, and probably found that out so he didn't consider it. AM doesn't suit CDEC's established play-style either.

This game is really slow.

Yeah, but if there one position does not suit AM as much, he's not a passive player early on which AM kinda wants to be. Plus, Aggresif still has PL as it's signature hero, even if it gets counter picked in a game with stakes this high, playing to your comfort zone is acceptable I feel.
