It's only like a 2k team if you average the mmr, but we are hoping to play ranked mm games with the team at some point along the way.

EDIT: since a lot of people seemed interested in positon 5, i was actually considering playing position 1, it's a long shot but I'd honestly like to learn. Standin members/ 6 and 7th players can play whatever roles they want, doesn't really matter

Then why are you not scheduling the time in which you play?
Start a thread and look at what times you can play (or have a high probability of being able to play at least).
Then proceed to use one of the days with a good probability of all being able to play.
Then you can see if it works.
But maybe I am just oversimplifying things...
