[WIP] Spin to Win - A Guide to Juggernaut

Introduction

I'm utterlynowhere and this will be my first guide here in DOTAFire. Feel free to comment any suggestions, questions, and/or opinions in my guide.

These are few builds for Juggernaut, one of my favorite DOTA heroes. Juggernaut should be played at side lanes but you can also consider him for playing in the middle lane. Juggernaut has both offensive and defensive capabilities and is powerful both in early and late games.

Pros and Cons

Pros:

Bladefury deals tons of damage in early game
    Very versatile
Lowest starting BAT, tied to Oracle
    Scales greatly with items
    Above average movespeed
    Ultimate scales with items
    Bladefury acts as a BKB
    Good potential late game

Cons:
    Squishy
Poor mana pool and mana regeneration
    Item dependent
    No disables
    Is not a "hard" carry
Below average Int. and Str. growth

Vanilla

General Explanation:

This is probably the most common build for Juggernaut. Using Bladefury will net you a lot of gold during early games, allowing you to quickly build a Battlefury, which can improve your farming. Picking boots for this build depends on how well are you performing.

Early:

You should always go with a lane partner with a disable, allowing you and him to dominate the lane. A simple wand and a bracer will allow you to sustain your lane. Most importantly, last hit, deny or harass your opponents.

Mid to Late:

Before 15 mins. you should have your Battlefury. This will help you farm/push lanes/kill heroes faster since your Bladefury is now somewhat useless. Bladefury now only acts as a free BKB. Flash farm lanes and join teamfights. Extend your items if necessary.

Support

General:

This is one of the few unorthodox builds did I've ever did. It's tried and tested and it certainly works for any match-ups. Remember to buy what your team needs. You can actually get Arcane instead of Tranquils if your teammates asked you to do so. Always remember to adapt.

Early:

Buy your healing items and utility items. If someone else has bought the wards and the courier, you can go get the recipe of Soul Ring. Net kills in early games as usual by going with a disabler.

Mid to Late:

After you get your Soul Ring and Tranquils, you can now spam freely your Healing Ward. Combine this with pushing and it will make your game a lot easier. Always get a TP scroll for your teammates.
