Key Strategy

Key strategic elements to consider when playing Windranger

• Powershot provides brief vision and cuts trees in its path.
• Windrun is dispellable, so be careful when playing against certain heroes and items.
• Use powershot to secure ranged creeps and damage the opponents at the same time.
• Proc items like Javelin, Maelstrom or Monkey King Bar work really well with Focus Fire.
• Windranger is squishy. Don`t let opponents surprise you. You want to be the one that starts the fight.
• Take your time in the fights to guarantee Shackleshot lands, as most of your impact comes from that.
• Push out the side lanes when not much is happening around the map.
• Pick up Aghanims Shard around minute 15 as it adds another control spell to your arsenal.
