The Dark Lord

Starting- +6 all stats, 2xsets of regen, circlet for Drum/Magic wand

Early- Bottle to phase boots / drum is great for being able to get rune control, evade ganks, trek across the map to save tp scrolls and stack neutrals on time.
(you should practice this)

Midgame-
BKB will grant you a substantial amount of suvivability once you complete it & will allow you to get your ult off with no disruption from spells. After BKB work towards your Disco veil. This will buffer all of your abilities, most importantly your Requiem of Souls and the rest of your team's abilities as well. On top of that it will give you a comfortable mana pool for your next buy which is Refresher Orb.

Lategame- So up next is refresher orb. This will allow you to chain BKB durations to maximize survivability, and the use of Requiem of souls twice. Note that Disco Veil debuff does not stack so you only need to hit them once with it. After Refresher orb you're going to go for Eth blade. This will make up for a small lack of damage you will have entering late game, will give you a tad of health and a great amount of attack speed. And you can combo veil+Ethblade for insane spell damage, don't forget to use Eth blade twice when you refresh.

End game- Up next is Satanic. This will give you a huge health pool, and an extra life via it's activation. Oh hey guess what, you can also refresh that too. Now you have..... yeah a lot of survivability. Following this purchase it's time to say goodbye to Veil of Discore and buy a beefy damage item. Any of the four listed are great. Boots of travel for backdoor protection if needed.

Death Eater Build

Starting- +6 all stats, 2xsets of regen, circlet for Drum/Magic wand

Early- Bottle to phase boots / drum is great for being able to get rune control, evade ganks and stack neutrals on time.

Midgame-
BKB will grant you a substantial amount of suvivability once you complete it & will allow you to get your ult off with no disruption from spells. After BKB Build your Yasha or pick up Ultimate orb which ever you prefer and work towards completing Manta.

Late- Once you finish your Manta you'll be in good shape. After Manta start working towards buying refresher. Build Oblivion staff first for some nice attack speed and damage, then complete refresher when funds are available. After refresher you can start working towards either life steal, or your Butterfly whichever you think you need at that point in the game.

End game- Finish Satanic or Butterfly and swap your phase boots in for some boots of travel.
