KILL THEM FAST AND ANNOY THEM. From the start you use poison attack over and over and kill them. It's very important to move from side to side, you make a kill you go on other side to make another kill and so on.Don't stay in farming or try to much to push, just try to kill heroes all over the map and you will make enough money and experience from the start.
