In early game jungle bot and aid your bot laner when he needs help. Once you have Vlad and Phase boots solo Roshan. Once Roshan is down jungle to level 11. After level 11 hop in whatever lane needs help. By level 16 your main items should be built and you should be getting kills/ tanking turrets very easily.
