This is a built that mainly depends on Bloodseeker's attack speed and life steal.Once level 25 Bloodseker will be unstoppable, irrespective of the opposition strength.(Don't have much faith in that).However the built requires pretty basic skills and quite less farming.It's better to follow the order or the items purchase.
