This build has two jobs

Job 1: allow you to prevent the other team from any engagement where they have 2+ people

Job 2: help with solo pick offs so that if they are smart enough not to fight as a team, you can help pick off people.

TIP: Always echo people(2+) with a creep wave near by when you can.
