When playing tinker,always try to go mid lane.In mid lane probably you'll end up with sniper or drow.your objective since you're not a carry is to harrass them so they cant get their farm.But be careful,you don't want to be too agressive and waiste all of your mana and your poor squishy health.Remember that you are not a guy in the team that gets the most lane kills,you CAN nuke the opponent slowly until they die.You are most affective in team fights since you have that small health bar.Of course,you are needed to farm to get your core items and that is your objective with tinker in lane.........â�
As soon you get your early to core items you can be an very affective ganker.Everything you need is mana,boots of travel and a dagon for magic immune targets.Jump out and scare the enemy with your Laser and rockets,they WILL attack you because you have such low hp pool,so make sure you have backup or some regen and your ult for taking your sick damage nukes off cooldown.Remember,Tinker doesn't like carrys so try and prioritize some squishy,support or even semi-carry targets.The key to gank is not to get too close to your enemy,and you are able to do that since you have somewhat big range on auto attacks and abilities.Always be aware!Make sure that there is no one around your main target because you CAN deal an incredible amount of damage but not to many targets,again we mention your hp bar.And of course watch out for gankers like Night Stalker,Pudge.....they can easily kill you and prevent you from ganking.You are a counter pusher of some sort,so be careful you don't want to leave your tower unguarded......â�
