Play defensively on the lane. Laning with some stunner can give really easy kills around lvl 4. Ask teammates for gank when hiting lvl 6. Urn can be build as first item. I prefer to max out skills with damage (Q and E). I guess initiating with Dagger and Ravage doesn't need explanation :)
