A lot of people get confused with using this build but i love it the speed you have means easy slows with one ice arrow which comes to easy kills for the team i mixed up the skills a little before the silence and ice arrow were not needed till later but playing a ranked game u will want at least one of each but the skills upgrade and your passives are very important with drow giving u a bit more damage and longer range. Ill upgrade this build as much as i can to help everyone out def try it in a bot game first to get used to the build.
