As for attack speed, I would say that midas and mask of madness are interchangeable, but I would avoid getting both. Also, if you choose mask of madness as your item, skip vladimir's offering. I feel similarly to battlefury and mjolnir/maelstrom. I don't think that both are needed, but getting one of the two is exceptionally good.
