Dont think about first blood, just focus built your item from them start game, until you have some damage to give enemy a nightmare.

> Power Threads you can choose 3 atrributes (recommended take + agility for Jingu Bash)
> Phase Boots need more fast movement
built Echo sabre
> double attack make your Jingu fast get a Bonus damage and Lifesteal 10%
Built some escape
> Shadow Blade or Blink Dagger (you choice), If dagger you can jump on the tree without a cooldown
and just get some damage, counter your enemy like Blade Mail, and Black King Bar
This is the thing you have for last hit if your skill on cooldown and the enemy try to escape built Ethernal Blade or Dagon (you choice)
