Although it's not recommended it is alright to accidentally ulti creeps during a gank for you are still maximizing your farm since kills suck.

After you get your ultimate the lane is obsolete. THE SECOND YOU GET YOUR ULTIMATE YOU MUST GO INTO THE JUNGLE UNTIL THIRTY MINUTES OR YOU WILL FAIL. UNLESS YOU ARE GANKING YOU CANNOT LEAVE THE JUNGLE AND IF YOU ARE GANKING THE GANK CANNOT LAST MORE THAN 40 SECONDS OR YOU ARE NOT MAXIMIZING YOUR FARM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS HIGHLY recommended to farm until 30 minutes and ignore all the teamfights and tower pushing your team is parpicipating in for you will not be maximizing your farm.

THIS ITEM IS GOOD WHEN YOU GET IT YOU ARE A GOD. Usual timings for this item are fifty minutes so if you get it before this your basically set for life.

If that's not enough for you to get a shadow blade think of it this way, dying makes you lose gold so make yourself invisible and let your teammates die for you so you can maximize your farm and not waste stupid time in the death screen. Building a Abyssal Blade lets you solo skill stupid supports that happen to walk into your jungle and build maelstorm into mjolnir is only natural. However be wary for Mjolnir is a fickle object that can fail at anytime.
