Never infest in a Chen creep. They'll send it back to base and then you'll be stuck in a creep inside their fountain.

Nice guide and well written.
Open Wounds should be chosen first if you are laning. It can really help for/against a first blood.

Blademail returns magical damage, not pure.

Nature's Prophet and Io as infest-able allies deserve a mention.

Never go Feast first unless you're jungling. Other than that, it's a nice guide: I would personally remove some of the situational items as they're either too, well, situational or have better substitutions (for example BKB, which is never needed as it fills a precious slot of your inventory and you already have Rage, and Blade Mail which is outclassed by damage as Lifestealer does lifesteal of course). Also, I'd put more emphasis on the Drum of Endurance: if you can't farm a Midas by 7-8 minutes, get Phase then Drums and become an invincible chaser.
