Introduction

Hello, this is the build I use while playing Sven. Sven can be somewhat weak pre lvl 6, so try to farm to the best of you're ability. Once you hit Mid-Late game Sven turns into a killing machine. I hope this guide is insightful for you! feel free to ask any questions, constructive criticism is always welcome! and be sure to check out my other guides Here!

Skills

Storm Hammer.

Storm Hammer is a targeted ability that upon impact deals 100/175/250/325 damage in a 255 radius of the target, and stuns for 2 seconds. Storm Hammer has a cooldown of 13 seconds at all levels.

Great Cleave.

Great Cleave is a passive ability that does 30%/42%/54%/66% Of Sven's auto attack to any enemies in a 300 radius in front of Sven.

Warcry.

Warcry gives Sven and any allies that were within a 900 radius when casted a 12% movement speed bonus and 5/10/15/20 bonus armor for 8 seconds.
Warcry has a cooldwon of 32/26/20/14 seconds.

God's Strength.

Sven's ultimate ability "God's Strength" grants Sven 100%/150%/200% bonus damage for 25 seconds. God's Strength can be upgraded via Aghanims Scepter, Scepter grants an 900 radius aura that gives allies a 50%/75%/100% attack damage bonus. Gods Strength has an 80 second cooldown at all levels.

Laning/Jungling

With a base damage of 61, Sven is one of the easier heroes to last hit with. Great Cleave provides Sven with the ability to push lanes and clear jungle camps at a decent speed. Once you level Great Cleave at level 8, you can move to the jungle if you're having problems farming in-lane.

Short History

Sven was born at the Shadeshore Ruins, he grew up taking care of his mother who later died and his father was a vigil knight. Sven is only partly human, his mother is a creature known as a Pallid Meranth. The Meranths are underwater beings similar to Mermaid/men, Slark is also thought to be a Meranth. Svens father is human, He joined the Vigil Knights but was punished for breaking his vows that he took when he found himself in love with a certain Meranth. The Knights live by a strict code,
Behave morally and heroically.
Be humble.
No member may take a wife or any land for their own.
Sven has immense strength (Probably from his mother). After his mother died he joined the Vigil Knights at age 13. The Vigil Knights are an order of knights who are devoted to three things.
1.Their Holy Codex
2. The Sacred Helm
3. The Holy Blue Flame
Sven isnt one to hold grudges, and after he learned of his father's execution, on the day of his swearing-in, he took up the Outcast Sword and shattered the Sacred Helm and burned the codex in the Holy Flame. Sven left the Vigil Knights, satisfied with his revenge. He set out with no goal in mind and became a rogue Knight, who answers too no one and is his own master. The Outcast blade that Sven used to shatter the Sacred Helm is one of the only functional swords crafted from Radiant ore and is said to be able to cleave through anything.
