Hey this is my one of my builds and my second build on dotafire. This is really uncommon, but I haven't yet lost with this build. Please don't flame but constructive criticism is welcome.

i level the stun early because it is really good, but i level cleave for farming purposes. War cry is viable early if you need it.
these item will make you a beast. once you get your heart you will be virtually unkillable. the satanic will boost damage and the active skill is really useful in a fight where you are tanking. after these i build battlefury so i can farm better. daedalus is great on sven and lastly a second heart is your final step to an immortal one hit rampage sven. the situational items are good but not as good as what you can get. bkb can be a must if you are getting permastunned.
Sven is weak early, and with this build you won't be able to really sway a team fight till you finish your core. you must farm and build your items. once you get your core and battlefury farming is easy and you are a monster, if you can't catch enemies grab a blink or shadow blade. finally fight roshan a lot and push hard.
if built properly sven is and insane hard carry who can be the one reason you win teamfights. he can solo a tower in 10 seconds or less with his ultimate. once again thanks for reading and happy gaming.
