Sven has good right click. Like, crazy good. Especially with that ultimate. This guide focuses on attack speed slightly over damage, enabling Sven to decimate his enemies quickly. Works well against most heroes, as Sven will have more movement speed, attack speed, attack damage and armour. Like, what more could you want?
Lane as much as you can (safe lane if at all possible), If it gets pushed, go jungle. Only join in on team fights when absolutely necessary, or if you think you can snag a cheeky kill. Mask should help with clearing both camps and waves, so the money should roll in pretty quickly.
The several key items to buy early - mid game are the Drums, Mask of Madness, and Assault Cuirass, in that order. The Mask will cause increased damage on Sven, but that is made up for by the Assault Cuirass, providing armour and even more attack speed. Its a match made in heaven.
There is some danger, however, between getting the Mask of Madness and the Assault Cuirass, as you only have the bonus armour granted by Sven's E. If fighting, ALWAYS pop the E before using Mask, and save save save for that AC. Or, if the enemy team seems to be dishing out more magical damage, buy a BKB asap.
Once you got those, its pretty much free-ball. My personal favourites are either Daedalus for those saucy crits, a blink for more mobility, or a Moon Shard if I want to test if Sven can keep his shoulders in his sockets. Get all of them if you want to watch the world burn.
The ideal scenario is this:
>Stun Enemy
>Ult
>Warcry
>Mask of Madness
>Hit them
>If dead, stop hitting
>If alive, continue hitting
>If running away, stun again
>Repeat until win
If you're really lucky you can melt them before the stun even wears off. Feels good man.
