Hi all,
I've played 
Disruptor a few times now, and to be put simply. His first skill is ****. Thunder Strike give site of the target, which is why we level it only once - after that your other skills have greater presence. You can't even farm waves of creeps with the skill, making it even more useless. (the 1 level allows for vision so you don't get juked)
with low movements speeds, early levels of glimpse is EXTREMELY effective. 4 seconds is barely enough time to get half way down a lane. making for easy first bloods, particularly in a trilane.
Most players will level their first skill, so your opponents will not be expecting such a powerful glimpse/range.
It's also good as you hit level 5/7 at night time. making glimpse with your 1st skill very good for fog control. + that's a 30 second cd, that's 1 use per creep wave.
Ultimately your purpose is to make sure your carry farms, your 'right click' harass has a very easy animation, and serves it's purpose without the need of your first skill. Glimpse just makes for better hero kills.
