First things first the game plan. Broodmother is a very diverse hero being able to take any lane or the jungle. But just because you can doesn't mean you should. You can't jungle well until you get your soul ring and get lv 3 of your first ability. you still can but its not effective. For mid you are WAY too close to their tower in the beginning. So that leaves top and bot. Ether is fine but you will typically take the hard lane unless you are carrying. Now you are VERY level dependent so you should be soloing the lane with support from your team.
Your first ability is span spiderlings. Its is a nuke and your means of pushing. You want to spam this on creep as soon at you can.
Your second ability is spin web. with this you gain regen and speed as well as invisibility. you also get free movement while in your web so USE THEM. This is what allows you to solo a lane
Your third ability is incapasitating bite. this slows your enemys and gives them a miss chance.
Your ult gives you life steal and additional damage and is on a very low cool down use to push down towers.

continue as needed
always rush soul ring
Soul ring - this lets you spam your spawn spiderlings every 20 seconds at a maximum 10 seconds at a minimum. this should be rushed as soon as posible. but it loses its worth once you no longer have mana problems so only use when needed to cast spells and once you no longer need it sell it to get to your core
Tranquil boots - Yes yes I know this is a support item. But when broken (as it probably be) it gives more move speed than any other shoes other than boots of travel, but boots of travel cost SOOOOO much gold which could be used on orchid or yasha or shadow blade. When not broken which wont be often (most likely in a long chase or when hiding in web or if pushing and cant get through units) you get 10 aditional hp a second. the move speed is what sells it. when not in webs you are slow so this allows you to right click.
Drums - again another support item but it does some hutch for brood. It allows you to excape (yes webs let you do this too but you don't always get to your webs and it takes time to fade or they might have true sight ect. you need another way to excape) or chase and right click them to death.
ochid - this lets you silence an enemy and REGEN YOUR MANA PASSIVELY this lets you not need to pay life to spam your spells and wrecks opponents in a one on one. Brood can win almost every one on one and can stay alive in a two on one with her being the one. This just gives you more lane presence and is all around great.
Yasha - helps you right click and makes them more potent. Yasha can also be upgraded into one of two items that will allow you to ether wreck face or push like the little anoying spider you are.
Shadow blade - Yes yes brood has built in invisability I know. But for a repeatable drum triger, a anytime anywhere excape, supper suprise strike, and bonus damage make this one potent item but don't get this until you get core because its not worth it untill you get your core.
Manta - makes spider 3 spiders removes track and makes you VERY scary and able to fight 2 on one extreamly well
sange and yasha - deal more damage and kill more dudes time to feed my brood
Ules - again another support item but the move speed and stun help a lot in chasing so if chasing a lot pick this up if not don't get not worth the slot
skadi - slows and can do a lot but look at the situation.
start with a level in spin web for survivablity
then get a level in spawn spiderling for harasment.
then get a second level in spin web for more survivablity
then procede to max spiderlings with your ult at 6
then max spin web
then max incapacitating bite geting ult at 11 and 16
with stats the rest of the way
you wait for incapacitating bite because it is not as valuable compared to webs or spawn spiderlings you can get one level in it early but other than that hold off on it till latter.
stay in lane laying down lots of webs until you get soul ring and level 3 of spiderlings use your nuke to harass not on creep. hide in webs when they leave you alone push when they come to stop you fall back. don't help with team fights unless you are carrying then come and hit them from behind. You can also defend very well with your increased army. so play very defensively pushing when able.
Thanks for reading this guide their is a lot more to know about brood mother but I hope this will let you to get the basics. This is my first guide so I would like any criticism you have as well as any suggestions. I like to play brood and this is what I run.
