This is a lane push, scout, and general ganker build.
Use searing arrow for last hits and put it to auto-cast for every strafe. Soul Ring is for a free strafe in the early and mid game, you can and should split-push the towers and skeleton walk back to your party. Tranquil boots synergise with skeleton walk. Use death pact as often as you can. Once your mana regen gets to about 5 or 6, put searing arrows permanently on auto-cast. With the default core clinkz can become a mid-late game assassin, though he remains a squish. With the defensive core clinkz beefs up, supports the team and does more overall damage, at the expense of a reliable spike.
