The main point of this build is max lvl Viscous Nasal Goo, get your boots and scepter ASAP, once that happens, you become a force to be reckoned with in team fights, as well as when the enemy team tries to chase anyone on your team down, You can also chase very reliably now. After that I recommend a heart, but any combinations of 2 of the items listed based on opponents and how your farm is coming should round your build out.
Note: Viscous Nasal Goo does not require a target after Scepter is built, use this to your advantage even when there are no enemies around to build max stacks of Warpath, this makes Moonshard and Skullbasher A viable set of capstones for the build.
