Shake that bootie

Great guide, I generally wreck with this build. Maybe you'd think about making a full guide? every time I play earthshaker I get people asking me how to play him effectively after the games. I usually direct them here but they complain it doesn't help them very much sense playing earthshaker well depends on much more than your skill and item builds.

It would be great for fellow earth shakers out there if this were a full guide as this is such an interesting hero.
