Rubick Support

My build on Rubick support

I built this to support Dire top lane, Radiant bot lane to pull the jungles to deny friendly creep and to allow carry to farm freely. The problem with pulling jungle into lane and denying creeps is that you get bad attention, the first ward buy is important.

Ward to the right of the jungle so you can spot enemies trying to stop the pulls & another ward at the closest rune, to help mid and watch for incoming ganks.

This will be an effective way to level by pulling the jungle properly, you can pull the jungle behind by clearing a tree at the back of the first jungle with your tango and pull second jungle when last mob of first jungle is at 75% hp. (this maybe different for weaker or harder jungle mobs).

Items:

First get boots, for mobility, then work on the magic wand which will be usually throughout the entire game (sell for endgame gear). The next goal is energy booster, farming is not going to work since your letting your carries farm!, so once you have boots and wand I would suggest picking up a few TPs and get ready for team fight assistance, this is where you can help team mates and earn some gold, but remember don't tunnel vision on mana boots, if wards are needed. buy them.

Next items are simple, Blink dagger allows you to escape but also catch up enemies to stun or even to get close to steal ability then blink away before they know what spell you stole.

Keep warding.

For late game, the Scepter is a great way to catch someone off guard by blinking in, or disabling a nasty hero, and even protecting a team mate or yourself when in trouble.

After this I have added a few items that you could consider, but I will leave this up to you depending on who you are facing, if its a stealth hero or they have shadow blade buy a gem and give it to the strongest hero.

If you can always try and steal useful abilities such as Anti Mages blink early game, or Magnus ulti for team fighting, if you pick up a bad team fight skill get rid of it and keep trying to get a mobility spell or crowd control spell.
