Pugna is an incredibly fun hero that can fill the support, ganker, and semi-carry roles. This build is geared more towards the ganker/semi-carry playstyle, and is designed to allow you to be everywhere at any time and be able to hold your own even against the other team's strongest heroes.
Almost every item in this build (except Aghs and Wand) gives you move speed. When you have your core finished, you'll be running around at 472MS life draining everyone and generally being a boss. No one will be able to catch you (even a blinking AM will have trouble if you euls him) and you'll have plenty of sustainability from the 0 cooldown on lifedrain (from aghs).
I didn't put a lot of explanation here as to how to play Pugna because I'm assuming you have some familiarity with the hero. The point of this build is mostly to give you an idea of something new and fun to try, and race around the map draining the lives of the supports.
