This is my second guide,my last guide is Rikimaru. I write this guide to share my experiences of playing him.Razor is very powerful hero that can kill all hero on 1 vs 1 , 1 vs 2 and team fight.
Razor is a hero with a wide variety of lightning-based attacks. Although somewhat fragile at the start of the battle, he can nonetheless be used effectively to push lanes and can be vitally important in team fights. His Static Link completes the circuit between himself and an enemy, stealing damage from the target and adding it to his own. His passive Unstable Current increases movement speed and deflects damage back at attackers. His ultimate weapon, Eye of the Storm, calls down the power of the storm upon his enemies, creating an area of effect in which lighting strikes randomly down on the heads of his foes. Razor's most eye-catching ability though is also usually the first one he earns: Plasma Field. A great tool for intimidation and controlling the lanes, this ability expels a powerful ring of excited plasma that expands to envelope all units around Razor, dealing damage to enemy creeps and heroes alike.

1.Plasma Field
Key Bind: Q
Releases a wave of energetic plasma which grows in power as it expands, but also zaps on contraction. Damage increases with distance from Razor.
Area: 795
Damage: 80 / 120 / 169 / 200 minimum damage, 140 / 210 / 280 / 350 maximum damage
Mana Cost: 120 Cooldown Time: 14
2.Static Link
Key Bind: W
Creates a charged link between Razor and a foe, stealing damage from the target and giving it to Razor.
Range: 600
Buff Duration: 13 - 21
Damage Stolen Per Second: 7 / 14 / 21 / 28
Mana Cost: 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 Cooldown Time: 35 / 30 / 25 / 20
3.Unstable Current
Key Bind: E
As Razor moves with increased speed, any abilites targeted on him are countered with an instant jolt of damaging electricity.
Slow Duration: 0.3 / 0.6 / 0.9 / 1.2
Movement Speed Bonus: 3% / 6% / 9% / 12%
Damage: 40 / 60 / 80 / 100
4.Eye of the Storm
Key Bind: R
A powerful lightning storm strikes out at enemies with the lowest health, reducing their armor. UPGRADABLE: Causes faster strikes that can damage structures as well.
Area: 500 / 380 for units/buildings**
Duration: 20 / 25 / 30
Damage Per Strike: 37.5 / 50 / 62.5
Armor Reduced Per Strike: 1
Strike Cooldown: 0.85 (0.7*) / 0.75 (0.6*) / 0.6 (0.5*)
Mana Cost: 100 / 150 / 200 Cooldown Time: 80 / 70 / 60
Razor is a range hero which can lane anywhere you like but solo mid is best for him.Solo mid can make him lv up faster then go top or bottom to gank. If you would like buy item so that you should go top or bottom if you team didn't have donkey.
Starting off
: Levels 1-5
All you need is farm and build power tread..Then start to gank in top and bottom,best is target low hp hero.
Early-Game
: Levels 5-11
After gank move back to you lane and keep your farm up, until you have your Vanguard and Yahsa.
Mid-Game/Late-Game
: Levels 11-25
Start to build manta then farm up a >Helm of Dominator > Butterfly > Satanic
Start to stick with team mate after you buy all you luxury item.
