Introduction

Bloodseeker is an excellent pubstomping character. His ulti does damage over distance, meaning if the enemy runs, they'll die. This is great for matches against newer players who don't know every hero's abilities yet.
This build is meant to do exactly that.

Skills

Bloodrage useful at level 1 for silencing enemy nukers and mana users.
Bloodrage is also useful at level 4 used on yourself as a damage boost. At level 4 the damage boost is an extra 120%

Bloodbath is Bloodseeker's sustain ability. Useful for both jungling and laning at early levels. This ability gives the player health upon killing an enemy unit, whether hero, creep or neutral.

Thirst is useful for chasing down injured and fleeing enemies. It's also useful for detecting severely injured invisible heroes.

Rupture is Bloodseeker's Ultimate and is very useful when attempting to chase down single enemies. If combined with Pudge's hook ability usually ends in an instakill. Rupture becomes far more useful at level 2 than at level 1 as the damage is increased from 20% to 40%.
This means for every 100 units the enemy moves, they take 40 damage as opposed to 20.
