i really like the orchid idea cause give you the chance of right clicking any hero while is stunning and all the extra damage when the effect of the item is over will be massive, nice guide i really love this hero,

I'll add the Octarine Core + Orchid, now.
I'm not too sure about the refresher, OC seems good enough and a refresher doesn't seem worth the cost.

Since you're going for a carry build, you might want to get an Orchid Malevolence? Im not too sure how good it is cause I never used it before, but it gives mana regen, attack speed and int. Can't go wrong when you have right
clicking intel heros right?

Also, you might want to put heros you can rekt in lane and who you will get rekt by. I know that generally Viper is good against melee mids

Well. 3 months ago I would have told you that your build sucks.
But now I know Zaop the Witch Doctor mid player.
After getting that out of the way there are a things that I want to make clear I really like your formatting though - which I was as good with it.
