Your focus is your enemies. Imagine your enemies are your preys. You'll need faster farming so i recommend to use Starting Items Add. #1 so you can farm quickly. Otherwise if there are some heros like Bloodseeker and Ursa, you should take Add. #2 because it might help you when getting some assist.
Talking about Early game.
Your top priority on this time is Phase Boots, this helps you to speed up your movement while you are using skill 1. After you buy Phase Boots and Perseverance, i highly recommend to buy Scepter when your ulti is on lvl 2 or 3 (rec. : lvl 2)
