Attacking towers

Natures prophet is one of the best heroes to attack a tower. All you have to do is when in about mid game your Natures Call ability is near max you just summon a whole bunch of those minions and just order them to attack the tower. The creeps will take care of each other and you just have to attack the tower from afar.

Getting back into the game.

Your Teleportation ability is great for getting back into the game. It is very effective vs the tp scrolls that you buy in shop. With the scrolls you can only teleport to your farthest tower in a lane, versus the Teleportation ability that you can teleport ANYWHERE on the map. Use this to trap heroes that are running.

Killing heroes

Nature's Prophet is not very good at killing heroes and will usually not end the game with a good k/d but is great for assists. With Nature's Prophet you can trap the running hero and deny the escape. Use this with the Natures Call ability and move your treants up from the hero and you have a good way to deal a little extra damage. But as I said that is rarely enough to kill. As Nature's Prophet though your ultimate does a lot of damage early-mid game and can hit any visible hero on the map from any location. So with a hero like Riki or Bounty hunter they can lower the enemy hero's life and then when they are going to escape you use your ultimate and you have a kill. Use this on escape heroes and heroes going to the fountain.
