N'aix is a carry. Feast's percent based damage also makes him great anti-tank. Due to his built-in BKB, he can afford to go for damage items sooner than other carries. With blink, he can take out a supporter or two during his magic immunity. He also has decent survivability with his Ultimate.
Get Rage at 1 to protect against disables if you are against a hard lane.
Feast allows N'aix to jungle well. However, his powerful slow (from just 1 level) makes it more profitable to lane the majority of the time and only go jungling when the creeps meet in a dangerous spot or if you otherwise have a hard time farming.
Feast is physical damage (thus the -armor items)
