I suck at this game, but this build works for me. Sometimes I switch out a the Mekanism for Drum of Endurance or Pipe of Insight, but generally I never change my build, save for the build order.
I always jungle with Lycan and I get up to level 2 in lane before going into the jungle so I don't die. Switch between wolves and yourself to take the damage so you don't die or lose wolves and waste mana. Mekanism and Medallion go well together so that you can weaken the enemy, but not yourself.
Build what ever you need from this build in the order you need to suit your game, and this build should work well for you.
When you can, switch the Treads for Boots of Travel so you can push at a moments notice. Also consider forgoing the Abyssal Blade for the Heaven's Halberd.
