The Axe Eul's Build is a build I invented by taking my main build and jamming a euls into it , is best suited for 2 situations ether :
[*] your team is lacking mana recovery (arcane boots or aura)
[*] your enemy has to much escape or to many blink daggers
in thees situations the euls will help you regenerate mana, close the gap between your enemy, and shut down tps and blink daggers.
I sometimes choose to skip levels in battle hunger for stats as I use it only for the slow.
Things to keep in mind while playing Axe:
[*] A ballsy early game will pay off in the mid game
[*] Culling Blade if Awesome but dont use it if you can finish the enemy easily its a waste of mana
[*] Never underestimate a well placed Berserkers Call
[*] While strong against physical damage magic nuker will end him
[*] With euls you can cyclone someone and Berserkers Call him wen he comes down
[*] If you ever hit 3 dunks or more in a row you are legally allowed to scream your personal battle cry or growl of your own and demand more blood
