Yea it should be fine if he wrote in Litthuanian, he's targeting a specific audience.

I didn't make it for everyone here. I just used the nice layout from this site and linked the guide in Lithuanian Dota2 sites.
Perhaps I shouldn't have pressed that publish button, so it wouldn't show on the homepage, but hey, I'm new here :)

Furthermore, I don't think there is a rule that the guides should be in English.
