Your first target is the Vladmir's Offering.

You need it as soon as possible,consequently buy your Boots of speed and rush the Vladmir's Offering


The second items taht you need is the Aghanim's Scepter.


This items give you stats and an other Meepo!Through it you can farm and kill faster


The last one is the Blink Dagger


It give you an extremely good way to engage
