Please note that this build is most powerful in late game. Use Maelstrom to farm early game and pull ahead in gold. Butterfly increases mid game DPS, and boots of travel make you speedy enough to escape and chase. Eye of Skadi + Gleiphnir stop enemies from escaping and deal extra damage. Monkey King Bar + Moon Shard make for great endgame items to break through resistance and increase attack speed (don't eat Moon Shard). If you find yourself with extra gold, get Aghanims Blessing and Aghanims Shard. The best neutral item for this character is Desolator 2, so try and get your hands on that if you can. Apex is also a good idea if you can’t get Desolator 2. If you are like me and decide to not get a certain item because you hate it, pick something like Bloodthorn or Heart of Tarrasque from Other Good Items.
