Some problems with this build:
Headshot that early does very little, you need attack speed to make it good enough to be worth the level up. But early sniper has a very low attack speed like all characters, also its only really good at attacking heroes, which you shouldn't be doing early. Shrapnel works better for this anyway early game
Take aim should be maxed asap if you dont get shrapnel
starting off with a wrath band may give you some nice stats but ultimatly doesnt give you enough regen at all
Why get basilius when you wont be needing the mana, and even if you do wont you want to turn it ino a Aquila?
You should get manta after shadow blade as headshot works with illusions and increases you dmg out put more than a butterfly. butterfly isnt that good on sniper as the reason why its a good pick up is cause it has evasion, as sniper you shouldn't be being right clicked anyway!

Just somethings to consider

Butterfly definitely should not come before Deso. 1900 more gold and IMO just not as crucial as Deso. Also some text could help, even for an alt-tab guide.

Start with more regen, like wild said, and level shrapnel after headshot and take aim, not after stats. Also, Manta is more important than BUtterfly, and Lothar's is more for beginners.
