This girl is on fire! This Lina build may sound you a little weird but I can guarantee you it is really original and powerful...but most of all, it is fun! You usually see Lina play as a support or a nuker. With this build, you're going to play in a pusher and farming role.
Here we are, we buy every single starting item in the build an go safe lane (Bottom if Radiant / Top if Dire). Get one level in each of your first two skills and max your passive (this build relies on the passive). You also don't want to level up your first two skills because you're going to spam them and they cost more and more mana as far as it is levelled up. You should only use your abilities if you're in trouble. Play passive, get last hits and try to stay in a safe spot at any time. If a kill opportunity is up, jump on it! It will increase your farm.
By this time (20 minutes), you should at least have the three items mentioned in the Mid Game item section. Your role now is just to show up in fights, but you want to stay as passive as possible so the enemy team doesn't target you. Stay behind your allies and spam your two first skills so your passive gives you a free 170 attack speed boost (+25 from the Maelstrom). You can now right click your enemies to death. If they refuse to die, I think its time to show them your Laguna Blade. When there is no team fight going on, you should split push to get some farm and pressure the enemy team.
This is where you don't care anymore! With Phase Boots, Mjollnir, Desolator and Daedalus in your inventory, you can destroy almost anything as long as you're not focused down by the whole enemy team. Keep spamming your skills for unlimited boosts from your passive and always level up your stats. You can get some extra items if you have enough time (or gold). All items listed in the Luxury Items section can help you somehow for escape, initiation, armor, invisibility, etc.
