Actually i´ve used this build myself and it works perfectly as long as you don´t do anything stupid.
I really hope you tried this build before writing a guide about it.
Plus i didn´t force you to use it it was just a build for those who know the game and wan´t to have fun not for those who cant survive without the HP.
Considering you did not write anything in your guide, we can't know. If it is intended to pown level 1 pubs, then write it, because a hard carry guide without any protective item is just a joke to pown level 1 pubs.

You should max your Blade Fury, having it at level 3 when you are level 5.
Plus your build have not a single item to tank. You can hardly carry with 900hp.
