I'm new at this game but found that Shadow Blade is a very good weapon for escaping Bounty hunter or Riki

I agree completely but treads are a safe pick! more health more atk speed now if your confident by all means i'd pick up phase. The health and stats help early i feel

I really like this build other than the boots. Phase help you reposition and last hit much better, and if you get caught as sniper the extra health from treads wont save you.
