Darkseer is an extremely useful support hero and among the most flexible. He can jungle effectively, gank well (shell, surge, vac), save allies (surge, vac), backlane (shell; once he has some levels), set up for AoE (vac) and add chaos/dps in team clashes (ult). Vaccum is, of course, most known for its combo ability with torrent, black hole, requiem of souls, etc. It's also good at stopping TPs (even in trees).
