Key to this is stacking camps for yourself and using all your time wisely and accordingly. The HoD is also crucial to your ownage. You should be out lvling and out farming your opponent mid every time. If you ever cant stay in the lane when playing against an kunkka try to utilize your time more with stacking and jungling, its all about getting that HoD as quick as possible, I usually get it around 9 mins. Then I can run the game, but this hero is also about your skill level and map awareness. You most likely won't be owning right away so I wouldn't try it out in a ranked game, keep it to normal games until you feel it. You'll know when you are ready. Make sure when you are fighting the stacks of camps to run yourself about 3-4 healing salves to use plus the shrine. Allows you to get ahead and still stay in the lane without having to heal.
