Phase Boots - Pre -Blink, Axe relies on his movement speed to position himself for the perfect call.
Blade Mail - Axe forces his enemies to attack him ; Blade Mail returns the damage he receives .
Blink - Enables initiation .
Aghanim's Shard - Allows Battle Hunger to stack, which severely increases your damage.
Voodoo Mask - Axe deals massive damage with spells and uses his health points to deal damage with Blade Mail and Helix; replaces Bracer .
Bloodstone - Increases Berserker's Call and Counter Helix AoE while also lifestealing from Helix spins.
Refresher Orb - Grants 2 Berserker Calls , 2 Blade Mails, and lets you use Culling Blade for extra damage.
Aghanim's Scepter - Removes Helix cooldown (this increases your damage output , which, due to Bloodstone, means you will lifesteal more HP ) and it reduces the damage Axe receives from his victims.
Dagon - Buy dagon instead of bloodstone if you are loosing and nede kills.
