Huskar is by far one of the most powerful DOTA 2 characters in the game. He can be an amazing tank, or an amazing DPS. Up until you get Mordiggian's Armlet, I would highly recommend farming or just playing it safe. Once you get the Armlet, you have nearly infinite health (if you time your uses correctly) and you should feel free to gank. Once you get the Eye of Skadi (for the DPS set) you can take on up to two or three enemies (generally) by yourself. For the Tank set, I wouldn't recommend ganking anyone but the squishiest of enemies alone; all you need to do is team fight and attempt to take all the damage you can take. As far as Late Game items go for both sets, there's no guarantee you'll get both (if any) of these items, don't fret. For situational, just use your best judgement. Goodluck!
