This is a very standard build designed towards ease of laning, with an item build that is catered towards carrying later game.
Make sure you start off with the recipe for soul ring in your inventory so it can be quickly built into a soul ring at the side shops.
Maxing out Vampiric Aura allows you a bit more survivability while tower diving with your stuns, and lane sustain. You 'can' mix in a rank or two of critical strike, but at 15% and the damage it will do at rank one or two will only really help with last hitting.
