Ok ok, i bet some people are already saying NOOB Y U NO RUSH VLADS! well, think about it for a momment, tranqils are great on any jungler and when dissassembled what do they make? ok well boots of speed=phase ring of regen+ring of protection=vlads.

If you get a rune (such as invis) the 85movespeed is amazing and causes no need to sacrifice overpower/fury swip levels into earthshock as no one can outrun a tranqils ursa.

Once u've got vlads, purchase a smoke of deceit and get roshin'. The solo xp and gold will probs afford you phase and enough levels to start ganking, get blink next to make those kills even easier and funnier.

late game s&y is valid, boots of travel are good for the increase movespeed and the ability to easily kill those who are minding their own business laning.

Medalion can be pretty fun :3

sheep stick is on here as situational (VERY SITUATIONAL) as heroes can sometimes escape on low hp and heroes such as anti mage (never gets bkb in pub games) will die to overpower/hex even late game.

Skills

Overpower and fury swipes easily cover jungling, burst damage and roshing.

1 early level of earthshock can be gotten early but its unlikly u'll even have the mana to use it, and phase/tranqils are usually good enough in those early stages
