magic wand good if you do not have enough mana or hp helps in fight or escape,for example you did not mana and enemy escape with 80 hp u go active magic wand and blink on enemy
perseverance same help you to stay on lane and you really need for battle fury to beat them all
helm of the dominator help very much in team fight and on fight and helps you stay on beat
power treads it s good add hp to stay and fight and Attack Speed helps your ultimate
black king bar help you not take stun This is very important in team fight
satanic the difference between life and death when you have less and die active satanic
if u have hearth of tarrasque It is very hard to kill

skull basher have to beat all not only 1 it s useless
butterfly is useless skill miss you already and if the enemy makes monkey king bar is useless this item and your blur
phase boots u no need speed u have blink with little cd, to escape and follow him

Phantom Strike this skill need to upgrade max it s good on escape on battle and helps your ultimate because add you Attack Speed, and have so little cd

LION finger of death stun hex and go with Phantom Strike
Crystal Maiden deals frost bite u go with Phantom Strike Crystal Nova next you Stifling Dagger
and again Phantom Strike
MIRANA stun enemy u go with phantom strike and kill
OGRE MAGI put bloodlust on me , stun + slow and u have time to go beat with phantom strike
ADMIRAL put torrent and ulti DARK SEER vacuum on ADMIAL torrent and ulti,DARK SEER put ion shell on PHANTOM ASSASSIN ,go with blink and kill all ,but need to have battle furry
