Use the last hit effectively to gain gold and don’t focus on killing enemies before you have blade mail or reaper scythe (both of them should be available at the same time if you get the last hit enough). If you can do a KS on dying enemies, then do it. Never leave the mid bedore you can destroy enemy tower.
