Probably you're confused about the items that I've put. But actually it works for me. I know it's not easy to earn golds to purchase stuff but in any case, the items are in order. You can buy them as soon as you get enough cash. Just so you know, you should bait yourself first so that the enemy should slow their own attacks and gank together with your backups. In that scenario, you'll be able to push your lane. Reminder: Don't travel alone unless you have BKB.
